This attractive, detached traditional Cornish cottage is set in peaceful countryside with panoramic views across the Camel Estuary from all windows.

 

With some exposed walls and flag stone hall, it makes an excellent character holiday home. A family friendly kitchen/dining area leads onto the patio with its built in barbecue, as do French doors from the sitting room, complete with a cosy woodburning stove (initial fuel included, although also available locally).

 

Outside extensive lawns overlook the estuary. Easy access to the Camel Trail and onto Wadebridge, and the area is a bird watchers paradise for migrant and estuary birds.

 

This is a perfect location for visits along the north coast to Tintagel & Port Isaac, The Eden Project on the south coast can be reached within 25 minutes, as can a selection of inland mining towns. Newquay is just over 15 miles away. There are miles of sandy beaches within easy reach, popular with surfers and swimmers, and a selection of excellent golf courses north and south of the estuary. A supermarket and petrol station are just 1.25 miles away.
