In a peaceful holiday location, alongside Little Petherick’s tidal creek which is just off the Camel River, a lovely habitat of birds and wildlife, is this small modern property.
Furnished and equipped to a good standard has stunning views over the creek. Padstow is approximately 3 miles away, which has a fine selection of restaurants and local inns, and about 10 minutes drive to many sandy beaches along the north coast of Cornwall.
A tow path runs beside the creek, tide permitting, and onto the Camel Trail to Padstow.
The living room has French doors opening out onto a lovely views of the creek, as does the double bedroom upstairs which leads out onto a balcony that overlooks the creek - the perfect way to wake up and experience the chatter of birdlife and other wildlife that frequent the local area.
There is a large decked terrace with sitting-out area and garden furniture including a barbecue. The fenced tidal creek, lies just 25 yards from the property.
