It is a resurfaced railway line..



The entire length is flat & therefore suitable for the disabled..



It's original use was to transport sand inland..



Only a small part of the trail is on roads and shared with normal traffic..

Free parking is available next to the Borough Arms public house in Dunmere on the outskirts of Bodmin. Please drive through the pub carpark into the separate carpark designated for users of the Camel Trail - SATNAV: PL31 2RD


Free parking available at the entrance to Shell Woods between Hellandbridge & Blisland (managed by the Forestry Commission) - SATNAV: PL30 4QY


There is also a small car park at Wenford Bridge
