Nestling in 2 acres of shared wooded gardens, within a further 10 acres of woods, orchards and water meadows leading down to the river, this charming holiday property enjoys beautiful views across the Camel Valley.


The 19th-century stone building has been ingeniously converted into a delightful, cosy little cottage. It has a conservatory with underfloor heating, living room with rugs on a terracotta-tiled floor, a fully fitted kitchen & dining room which opens to a high beamed ceiling with recessed roof lights. A few steps lead up to a lovely double bedroom with a four-poster bed and TV.


The property has its own garden area, and nature trails can be enjoyed throughout the grounds, with abundant wildlife such as badgers, foxes and otters that can be seen.


Close, easy access to the Camel Trail, with  beaches, shops, inns and restaurants in both Wadebridge and Padstow. Wine tasting at Camel Valley Wines just one mile away. Other attractions such as Bodmin & Wenford Steam Railway is only a 10 minute drive from the property. Golf and riding also nearby.The  Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan are within a 25 minutes’ drive too, so this is another good base to explore what Cornwall has to offer.
