Set peacefully with its own garden, 100 yards down a traffic-free lane, this Grade II listed holiday cottage is filled to the brim with character, plenty of original features and even antique furniture.


The Camel Cycle Trail is approximately 1 mile from the property, which is also pet friendly (up to 3 pets are allowed to stay).


Sandy beaches galore along the north Cornish coast, many within 10 miles, and the attractive sea-faring town of Padstow is just a 15-minute drive away.


Beehive Cottage also benefits from an open fire in the living room, with initial fuel included (but more is available locally), as well as oil central heating from a Rayburn.


St Breock village is about 1 mile (1.6 km) west of Wadebridge, immediately to the south of the Royal Cornwall Showground. The village lies on the eastern slope of the wooded Nansent valley.


Cornwalls largest and heaviest prehistoric standing stone, St Breock Downs Monolith, lies approx. 2 miles south of St Breock. It's a whopping 16 ft (5 m) high!



Notes: Parking 50 yards from property (sloping road to parking). Unsuitable for the infirm. No children under 12 years at the property, except for babies under 12 months.
